Hidden Rift of the Burned Whisperer
Deep in a volcanic mountain range exists a rift to the Plane of Fire that is named Rift of the Burned Whisperer. The cultists of the burning head worship the dragon goddess and are attempting to bring her to the plane. They may have even acquired the help of a red dragon.
